Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive program brochures and relevant updates from Skill Creature via Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and SMS. These channels are used exclusively for educational purposes.
Academic Regulations
Programs are subject to domestic legislation. Skill Creature is a private enterprise and does not fall under UGC or AICTE purview unless explicitly stated through university partnerships.
Enrollment & Fees
Fees vary per course and Skill Creature reserves the right to amend them. Failure to pay installments within the 7-day grace period may result in admission cancellation without a refund.
Attendance & Performance
A 75% attendance record is mandatory. Failure to maintain this prevents placement assistance. Continuous absence for 7 days may result in cancellation of admission.
Intellectual Property
The student agrees to maintain total confidentiality of course materials. Distributing or uploading materials to third parties is strictly prohibited and subject to legal proceedings.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India, and settled via arbitration.
